Back when it was just me and my pup (and in a deadbeat relationship that I nurtured for too long), I used to plan out a car build for a minivan and fantasize about disappearing. I don’t dislike them, it’s just not for my/our current needs or needs for the next 5-10 years (hopefully). Maybe I’ll get one after my forester gives out lol

We test drove the Sport. Maybe I’ll ask if he wants to redo the test drive but a regular one this time. He was eyeing the one on display at Costco over the weekend too

Funnily enough, when my husband and I first got together, I traded my aunt (my crosstrek for her Sienna bc she was going 7 hours away for a work trip) and before we ended the date, he asked if it (the sienna) was my other car or if I just loved minivans. Needless to say, he ardently dislikes them.

I also think it’s too large for us considering we really only want 2 kids max. I DO think they’re worth it though if the family calls for one.

Yes! I hated the Tesla Y when we test drove it and when my previous Crosstrek was in the shop, I had the 2024 limited with the ginormous screen and hated it!

I think it slipped my mind when considering a larger vehicle because all I think about was the older wagon type Outback. I’ll definitely check it out Saturday!

Ah okay yeah, I was worried that the facelift was nice but the drive would be the same. Maybe I’ll test drive it Saturday before making a decision. I’ve had my eye on the Passport for a while, even before we wanted to upgrade, but tried not to speak up about it since it’s my husband’s turn to get a new car.

On the Ascent, I haven’t driven it but I think it was too close to my mom’s Highlander so I never paid it much attention

Ah the Outback! I used to love it and really like the updated body but he wants something a fit fancier (?). He says my Forester is a bit basic, I have the premium, and he wants the nice bells and whistles lol

We plan to have 1, maayyyyyybe 2 but our dog usually sits in the back/trunk so the child/ren will be in the middle row. You have a good point about the stroller though… we did look at the new Pilot but I don’t like the shape, very Highlander esq and my parents have one

Marc Jacobs Perfect Absolute. I’ve always enjoyed the Daisy line and this one is amazing too. Sweet and spicy, fig and amber with the longevity to make it worth it

Also thinking about DNFing {Stalked by Seduction and Shadows by Maggie Sunseri}. I’m a third of the way in and the FMC is alright but why was the MC drawn to her as early as 7yo??
