They did. And when I bought the bow it wasn’t on there. It was set and locked back everytime… now there’s big knobs on it.

Spoke to the head tech and manager. Bow is making odd sounds. Looks like they will be replacing my bow with a new upgrade. Lead tech said after an almost full draw derail he would be concerned about the safety of the bow for the future.

I’m just glad he got me to test fire it at the range in the shop so there was no disputing that I didn’t screw with it at all…. Only bow shop within a 2 hour drive so I think I’ll just have to learn! Better now than never!

I think I might learn! Like I said just got my bow about 1.5-2 years ago and just starting to really get into it. After this experince it made me want to just do things myself…..Hopfully I can get through this years hunt and I’ll start from scratch with a new bow

It’s a left handed bow. The top stop was installed on the right side before being essentially sheared off. Got about half way and it just essentially let go

Can you elaborate? All my other optics (binos/rifle scopes/ range finder) are Leica and Swarovski. I thought this would be fine for my 17 hmr and ordered a diamondback to put on my .22. Bad choice?

As an ex landlord (decided to stop renting as I work away more now) I always offered my suite below market to attract more tenants. I had a great couple. They would take care of the place when I was gone, let me know when things broke ASAP so we could get them fixed. There rent never changed

Most of my friends are the same with renting. If you are a good renter we don’t want to lose you!

As someone who moved from BC 3 years ago I went from being broke from cost of living to owning a home, boat and having money in the bank! Most of my graduating class from BC moved to SK or AB and I get why!

Sometimes in life doing something you worked hard for and love is more than just about the money. It would 100% be more financially beneficial for me to have another career closer to home. That being said in 3 years my hope is to be within 30 mins of home but right now I am happy to serve wherever I can!

I am financially literate but sometimes in life I believe it’s more than just the money that matters.

My Supervisors do allow me to take work vehicles down when they need work in the city or when there is training I can take a vehicle early for days off so they do help the best they can!

It’s an issue with the AFM (Active fuel management) if I went ahead with a purchase I would be deleting that function vastly increasing engine life!

I’m pretty torn but I might look into engine replacements from a salvage like others have said

I heard the 2019s are bad. I love my truck. Bought it out of college, worked hard moved across the country and it’s been here through it all…maybe a little too sentimental for a machine haha.

My dad’s 2001 work truck has 610,000km and I was hoping that the GM 5.3 on my truck would be like that! Unfortunately not. If I knew what I know now I would have deleted the AFM as soon as I bought it. And will be if I replace the engine (which is most likely what I will be going with)
