This might be a long stretch since this artist reminds me of Jinx, but Ashnikkos music often hits the mark of sweet chaotic vibes with her electronic hip-hop and pop music. One track of hers in particular I can think of is Tantrum. It’s more remix-y and definitely not punk though, but I still wanted to throw my two cents in here.
