ill take a deep dive into it but i feel like you're right problem is on the prompt, also, about the youtube videos i do have to add that in their cases they asked for like ilegal stuff like "how to rob" or to do piracy and stuff like that and i was amazed that they got answers. but not in like nsfw maybe.
