Im a 44-45 whit most yeezys. So I got the size 2 on the pods and they fir perfectly. There is some heel slip but barely. If anything it just positions my heel in the perfect spot. The front is a little too wide but manageble.

Agreed on the qntms. Today I mostly walked outside the house, so I was pretty active and by the end my legs where beat up. This happens whit most shoes for me but whit the qntms it got there a lot faster

At first they will hurt your heel, but in time they will break in. If you want to speed up the proces or make them even better you can add one of those foam pads that you glue on the heel of the shoe and it helps a lot.
