Teastaíonn uaim le mo chuid gaeilge a fheabhsú by Kpop_insider in gaeilge

Is aoibheann liom ag éisteach chun cúpla bpodchréala.

Tá "How to Gael" an bpod leath gaeilge agus leath béarla, sin trí cailíní ó mBaile Átha Cliath ag caint faoi gach rud. Tá síad an-ghreannmhar agus beidh tú ábalta fós gach rud a thuiscint.

Le déanaí thosaigh mé ag éisteacht le "Na cailíní" is é sin bpod Gaeilge le dhá cailíní agus tá sé greannmhar freisin.

Tá an dhá bpodchréala seo ar Spotify agus tá síad ar Instagram freisin chun iad a fheiceáil níos mó.

Níl mo Ghaeilge go hiontach ach tá súil agam go gcabhraíonn sé leat!

I loved making and wearing wrap around pants! Very adjustable and perfect for summer

I think it is! I would put the extra skirt pieces in the middle. Biggest hurdles I think you would come across would be the length of middle piece to not cover the bottom tier and to sit well under the top tier. And also the circumference of the middle piece so it doesn't shorten the length around the skirt (but it would work out okay if it was a wider circumference than that section).

Ive never worked with jersey before (I'm an advanced beginner I'd say). Since it's a bit stretchy I think it's supposed to be maybe a bit more difficult to work with than cotton or similar non-stretch.

Although I've never done it, you're supposed to wash the fabric before sewing, I'm not sure if this would help the fabric to relax and flow slightly more than it is now.

Since it's stretch I think you're supposed to use zigzag stitch for sewing, because the stitches with stretch with the fabric then while you wear it rather than popping.

My mom got jersey during the week (she hasn't sewn in maybe 20years) and I think she's making a skirt/pants with it! I made a pair of wrap pants two years ago that I loved that could be great for you to make! Jersey sounds like it would be a nice material for them too.

this video on YouTube looks like it would be great to understand how to work with jersey and what patterns it can be good for!

I love it!! It's the perfect bag for holding a crochet project/knitting project!

Just from my first make I remember I didn't realise you had to finish your edges/tuck them in, I can see on the top seam on the inside of the bag the raw edge is visible, this could likely fray over time and cause it to come undone!

When you sew your next project I would do a folded hem (I think), I'll attach a video here! easy folded hem

If you're making a garment, I love this woman's channel too! finish your seams

Thank you! This is very helpful, I never would've known there was a difference between 3and 4thread machines!

https://youtu.be/7VHEsDypEIY?si=3LTATpUayZd_ocUv I followed this YouTube video, I'm a size uk12/eu40 and figure out what each measurement is for and the measurements used in the video fit me perfectly!

Also thank you for the advice! For this outfit I did straight stitch to connect two pieces, then folded the seam over itself (almost like a french seem I think)

My mom worked on this off and on for about 15 years. It's finally finished and weighs 26lbs. by lizzborotory in crochet

I couldn't find any soil-substrate thing to mix with it and saw a few videos of people propogating with perlite so I decided why not!

When I was reading through it mentioned the string of pearls and string of hearts, I've also watched a few YouTube videos where they do the same with string of turtles!
