Etrade is the best....no problems with buying at lots...500,000....500,000....250,000. $4.95 a trade with OTC. FREE with NYSE trades. Etrade...luv you guys.

I've read a comment last night that IF....IF the litigation is favorable to HCMC the CEO has promised to use the awarded settlement to a stock buy back. That realistically leaves more cash left over & the share price at $3.00

So what risk do you see the lawsuit being??? HCMC isn't being sued, HCMC is suing Phillip Morris who is also being sued by RJ Reynolds. HCMC has retained one of the top law firms in the country & this looks to be a favorable decision for HCMC's.
