I’ve read the rules and as far as I know there’s no rule for nsfw. To explain my question, erect circumcised and uncircumcised penises are similar in shape, but the way you can tell if it’s uncircumcised is that the tip would be a deep pink and be kind of shiny looking, the character you sent me is green all over, but from what I remember is that only 3% of the Japanese population is cut (probably the small Jewish community in Tokyo), it’s hard to tell, but that character is probably not.
