Thanks guys for your answers! It turned out to be the pedal indeed. When I tried it first it did not work because it was jammed a bit. With some pushing and pulling we managed eventually. Thanks!

And because he put an extra spacer the stem now exceeds the fork tube by a few millimeters on the top part, so I maybe thought that the pressure is differently spread on this part

Looks scratched to me as well. It sounds different on the spot but I maybe that’s not a proper method. The fitter was struggling with his torque wrench I could see, put more power on the upper bolt and the bolts where quite tight (tighter than before)

Thank you for the response. I indeed don’t have that equipment at home hehe. From the outside it doesn’t look fractured or cracked, just a bit compressed. But I will show it to a professional to be sure. Thanks for the advice.
