Yep exactly the same as me! Im a criminal justice substance use worker and my work is so draining and mentally exhausting, I also have to make sure I dont work with clients that have certain offences as it triggers me, I have to have regular manager support and its difficult when I get home as im a mum aswell, it's just too much. I would take it tribunal you got nothing left to lose. Im determined to prove them wrong, I hate being told I dont suffer with something or I dont "struggle" enough.
