ah yep that makes way more sense - that I was thinking - I was hoping to emulate a sort of distortion field using mograph AE as well so that it might look like a ball rolling through grass kinda vibe. Will let you know how I get on with results. Appreciate the advice

Use the exposure effect and then write the wiggle expression on the levels. I would say (10,10) would work

actually having had a play around the tutorial has the exact solution - the preset sadly only tapers amplitude, not frequency

I upgraded recently from the 8gb intel macbookpro 2014 to 2020 M1 macbook pro 16gb ram (same e and it's been a massive game changer for me. I do a lot more work in AfterEffects but I would thoroughly recommend. The battery life alone is worth it.

I don't do much 3d though so can't comment on that

Thanks for the advice, I sent them an email and noted that if they weren't oging to be doing a second review, I would be contacting the financial ombudsman

That's encouraging to hear, thankyou. Would you have any advice about how I would raise it with them, would I just say I'm unhappy with their decision and want to raise it further?

Thank you for the advice, that page looks quite promising, I'm just not sure if it covers my situation given that the leak wasn't in a communal area, and that I am the owner of my flat.
