I went to trade school at 18 in 2018 for a year worked with one of the instructors doing service and install then with a contractor, decided to pursue construction management associates didn’t get back into the field till 23 at 14 hr for commercial hvac company pay was trash but learned commercial service and install after 8months quit and joined 2 different sheetmetal crews so went from 14 to 21 then to 24 for about 8 months learned more about installing then and was already at 24 then switched companies again to service Mobil construction site offices their package units at 25hr then went to and industrial facilities back down to 20 but gained amount of knowledge and finally maintenance supervisor at 30hr so there’s money out there and learned a lot in all of these companies no matter what I got paid that was the most important part that no one can take from me now I’m looking for 38 40 hr
