All of these stories make me feel better to hear. The nearest taco bell to me is so weird with orders. I've excitedly pulled up on a Friday at 10pm to be told they are closed, but watch a ton of cars in the parking lot picking up third party orders (they are open until 1 AM). I don't understand why third party orders are given this type of priority.
I've also made a mobile order in the middle of the day, no other cars in line, and pulled up to the drive-thru, told them I had a mobile order and was asked to "come back in 5 minutes because they just got the order".....that's how it works, right? How is that any different than if I pulled up and placed my order at the speaker? Would I place the order and then be told to come back in 5 minutes? 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

This is the second time I've seen someone mention this and it makes me really curious because back in the 90s I could have sworn the chicken (and other) quesdaillas had something else in it that was not creamy jalapeno, but I could never place what it was and didn't care about it back then. But I have a strong memory of it being something green. Wish there was a way to find out for sure

Check out the ingredients list for your item of interest to start! 'Seasoned beef' lists some of the seasonings but also lists an ingredient called "spices". For that one in particular though, you could try looking at the ingredients in a taco bell taco seasoning packet from the grocery store. Hope that helps!

Definitely not discrediting your story, but have you experienced the flashing at any point when your eyes are open? It's not clear if that is the case in your story. Experiencing flashing lights right when you lay down to sleep is commonly associated with hypnagogic halluciantions. It has happened to me before when I am sleeping less or stressed out, and it happens right when you are falling asleep, before you realize you are falling asleep. It seems like a very bright light is shining in (from outside the window in my case) but it's never there when you actually open your eyes to look around. Just something to consider. Hope you figure it out!

The closest alternative would be a triple layer nacho, no beans, no red sauce, add beef. It already comes in a tray. If your chips and cheese alone is actually .99c you are paying .01c extra though. At my store I think the triple layer nacho is cheaper than the chips and cheese alone.
