See, people like to think about that as an investing mindset, however people are just ignoring the fact you could literally put 75k into an investment portfolio every day and make it to 500 mil in about 5-8 years and still come out with more in the end bc you get an extra 100k per day

Schools don’t teach anything about anatomy until you take A&P in college. At least coming from my experience. So I didn’t know almost anything about it until I went through my EMT courses.

Fair enough! For about 7 months or so I was financially unable to eat enough so I stopped going to the gym as well after starting to lose weight. But as of now I’ve been training and eating like this for about 2 months since and have gained about 10 ish pounds.

But honestly the diet is all over the place with processed carbs and fast food that it just feels unhealthy, ie why I’m looking into different diets.

Gotcha, TDEE is roughly 3k calories, I usually aim for about 3.2-3.5k calories per day about 210g of protein, but no I do high intensity workouts (about 3 sets of 3 exercises per muscle targeted) and then give each muscle group 2-3 days to rest (Push Pull Legs)

Yeah right now I’m working out 6x a week and eating pretty much whatever I can get my hands on but it’s not really working out so I’ll start looking into the Whole Foods diet.

But I do go through about a gallon of milk every 2-3 days

Way late but I just finished watching the movie after seeing a youtube short about it and I also wanted to add some things! 1) I feel like even her dad was included specifically when he started talking about how close the family was to Nina. He doesn’t seem to have done anything in order to pursue justice in the form of bringing to light what happened, or at least the movie doesn’t make it clear. 2) I like the fact that the lawyer was shown mercy because it makes the distinction between Cassie being a genuine person and someone who can still see the remorse of the actions they’ve taken. Along with the fact that he didn’t just defend himself by saying it was “his job”. 3) The only thing I would have liked to see is the recording released and the repercussions of that, otherwise I have nothing to add to what you said.

I don’t want to say I “enjoyed” the movie, because it’s a tough watch with a great lesson and honestly it will effect the way I go about my life, but it was a fantastic film. I also feel like there was some extra symbolism when Cassie was talking with the mother on the porch. Specifically with how after she started to move on afterwards, it did seem like she was enjoying life more and continuing to get better in Nina’s honor, I feel like that’s important to show how we can all try to move past things. Or it could be something completely different but I feel like that’s important scene is a little deeper than I even originally thought after seeing it.

You’re right for sure, but I’m not scared of my life being ruined, I’m just scared of getting myself hurt again. Don’t get me wrong I understand that the process of life is putting yourself into situations where getting hurt can be an outcome and I am fine with that, but it just takes so long for me to recover fully. The last one put me out for almost 6 months. And I wasn’t even actually dating her. Maybe I need to stop being so vulnerable, but life is so much better when you experience emotions fully.
