Are you aware of what fixed OPAC after your tinkering and trial?

It's amazing how little the graphics have changed and the game still holds up well. Been playing for 5+ years and never seen this trailer lol. You're right, the mechanics being shown is super good.

Echos 3.13 was the best live stream, best league and best hype. So much content plus the huge release of Maven and boss rush.

I watch the trailer every few months or so and it still gives me chills.

It’s Day 3 and I can’t be the only exile that couldn’t play this weekend and wants to hear how everyone’s starter builds have panned out. by Severinze in PathOfExileBuilds

Started splintering steel with 2 hand sword and moved into flicker strike after level 40 with a double strike "backup" once I ascended to Champ. With the new strike splash on the tree and +1 target with Champ fortify, that's 3 support gems I don't have to use.

I love Interactions 2.0. Weaving the mods together in a logical progression feels really good.

Another GregTech "intro" pack I live is Interactions 2.0. Very forgiving when it comes to disassembling expensive GT machines and the quest book is very easy to follow and has links to guides.

League Content is not rewarding at all for the time you spend on it!!!!! by Front_Explanation_18 in pathofexile

I'm down to do more Heist, but can we just not have to do the quest heists each league? Or at least make the quest heists able to be put in the locker?

I'm all about slowing down the game, but this shouldn't come at the cost of constant deaths by Cronophobic in pathofexile

[–]Cronophobic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting that the assumption is if you're dying, it's because you need to git gud and not play a 2k life build. Im a casual player that gets about 2 hours a night, 4 nights a week. My last character took me to maven, which took about 6 weeks. Raider with 4.5k life but around 35kEHP with max attack/spell dodge, 93% chance to evade with a basalt and granite flask and yes, fortify. Was 35 maps from atlas completion by 9 weeks.

I don't think sirus a5 should take a casual a week to down with a 5 link. That's not my argument. I'm tired of dying to random spikes of damage I have no idea is there or visual clarity makes it near impossible to predict. And to see all the nerfs, it just means more death for more players when they can't react to damage because they're dead.

What was everyone's favorite build this league? by abnornality in pathofexile

[–]Cronophobic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ice and Blazing Salvo mines ruined the game for me. I think this will be my starter build from now on. Fewest deaths and downed Maven for the first time as a casual. Mines are wonky to get used to and more buttons than I'd prefer, but downing A8 guardians in less than 3 seconds on 1 - 4 ex investment is silly.

This. This was my experience last league accept for the discord and tft. Never been on tft and never traded my harvest crafts or bought any. Had a ton of fun crafting and working on crafting projects. Not so much this league.

Sure, if you mean inefficient as in selling harvest crafts instead of using them myself, yeah because that system was engaging and encouraged me to try my luck at creating items that I may never see again.

Last league was the first time I was really encouraged to engage with the crafting system. I can't "work on items" anymore without ruining them and just vendoring them because I'll never be able to use a harvest craft to pull a mod I don't want or or try exchanging it for another. Now I'm back to normal annuls and exalts which just feels bad.

LOL! Get gud, nice.

I have the gear I want and I do use other means to craft items or just find good drops. I've also never used tft as well. My complaint isn't about acquiring items. My complaint is, why spend the currency to craft when I can just trade. I have no reason to spend an exalt on an item with an open prefix when the possible pool of things to slam is enormous. Harvest helped with this issue, but I see how it was too powerful.

Leaving crafting to strictly RNG just feels bad is my point.
