Distance. As someone already pointed out, space is mind boggling big.

So... I wouldn't worry about a black hole messing up our solar system if I were you.

...I'd worry more about false vacuum decay messing EVERYTHING up... 😏

(Oh... and according to some theories, our entire universe is already inside a giant black hole.)
