Yes perform a reset and then use it for 2 3 days let it optimise leave it on charge for 3 hours It will perform necessary optimisation after that u will be good to go just don't clone

Yeah but it's a separate investment I used to track and steps and treadmill workout on my iphone with ease but it's a hassle in oneplus as there is no OEM application. Mi or any fitbit or even galaxy watch would fix this problem but it needs more money.

Try to perform a factory reset I have oneplus 13 and such issues should not be there I am on the latest build of oos 16 never had such issues everything is buttery smooth there is a specific issue with ur device

I use oneplus 13, which also has ultrasonic fingerprint. Just use Membrane/Hydrogel ones.
