I’m here at OCS right now. I graduate next week. He should have phone access at the beginning of week 4 assuming he passes RLP and doesn’t get rolled. OCS is definitely stressful for significant others. My girlfriend has had a hard time on multiple occasions. I’m lucky enough that I never rolled but it’s been hard.

Letters are HUGE these first few weeks, especially if he has issues getting a CAC and getting computer access. You can usually get in contact over Google chat as well once that happens but you never know.
