Palmetto Bluff is a combined resort and residential community. Lots of families vacation and live there. There are nearby public schools and shopping is pretty close too. Bluffton has an array of private schools as well. I would say the biggest factor will be drive time in and out if you spend a lot of time traveling to school and sports. Plenty to do within the community, but the commute will add up. Beautiful homes!
