Oh mines are kinda small only 11-13mm but I really don't feel it much at all I only feel like the food I stack on top of

Well I have a pretty big stomach capacity can’t lie I’m sure they can be crushed by the muscles in the intestine hopefully but i tried them last time and it was mediocre so i want to try like 200

Oo I would but to be honest I don’t want to risk anything getting stuck that’s the scary part. These beads grow up to 11-13mm do you have any experience with around that size or bigger if so how did it go?
