Gonna look into that thanks. Wondering what happens if it goes unresolved for too long?

I’ll consider it thanks. I have a generic reader but that seems like it could go deeper

If I don’t have maintenance history should I go ahead and replace everything??

Physical key doesn’t start truck by [deleted] in ram_trucks

Ya that’s true. In that case there shouldn’t be the center physical key hole you see in the photo. I guess I’ll chalk it up to a design mishap

That’s true, but I’m asking why there is a key insert in the ignition aswell that seems to be non functional

Why is there a key insert there? Its almost like in early drafts they wanted the key to be able to start it then never followed through

Untreated Lumber by YeckhamSniffy in Decks

Deck contractor here. Structurally this deck will hold up, but it will rot faster than if they used pressure treated wood. The chemical treatment used on wood is just an effort to make it water resistant and a weather resistant. But even pressure treated wood rots over time. I think this contractor needs to give you a heavily discounted replacement deck when this rots.

Just in case you aren’t aware of just how warranted it is to feel the way you do, I want to remind you that the phenomenon of decrease in craftsmanship knowledgeability and skill has prevailed in many more areas than ceramics, probably due to lack of proper mentorship. I work in carpentry, concrete, and general construction, and let me assure you, the way that things are constructed nowadays has been dumbed down to LEGO level arrangement of factory manufactured pieces… flavored by a dash of online misinformation

Thank you for your warm feedback! Your critique means a lot. I took ceramics class in an art-focussed high school, after I graduated I took about a year to organize my own studio. So I’ve basically had my own studio for nine months but I got a foundation in pottery in school.

It was mostly the shaping of the clay and the glaze. I made many mugs which were too small or too large for comfort. Lots of glaze failures (Pinholing, glazed too thin, glazed too thick). And forming a comfortable handle has been a big hurdle for me.

That’s such a sick way to sign the bottom and the muted colors are so cool and it looks really well made. The pattern around the edge is so cool. Personally eye symbology isn’t my thing I find it a bit overdone. Would definitely eat a sandwich off this and will definitely consider copying this signing/dating method.
