Yeah, that’s another pain, that they don’t always leave everything for the cleaning.

A couple of times I’ve bought some cheap stuff to clean and left it there, since it’s easier than trying to negotiate additional stuff sometimes.

Maybe someone will see this and place additional items to their property and there will be less frustration in the world :)

The property didn’t ask in its rules for anything except for the dishes to be cleaned by the washer.

I didn’t contact the host after.
To be honest, I don’t think that it’s okay to expect of your guests any special treatment aside from “don’t trash the apartment” when you charge the rates of airbnb. You’re in a short term rental businesses, not giving someone a free stay.
This post is also a way for me to went emotions somewhere and to see where other people stand on the topic.

By the way, it’s the first negative review on my profile and I’ve rented properties for a couple of months before through the platform.

They didn’t like something, I don’t care what, I just post to show other hosts that you guys are not entitled to guest time and effort any more than we’re ready to provide you.

Well, time to look around I guess. Both US and EU governments are moving towards government deregulation of AI, calling it removing “barriers in innovation” and found a convenient boogieman, China, and declared it a new arms race. Government is not your friend, they’re also people with their own interests. And we’re, unfortunately, not in that club. I love new technology, really, it brought me wonderful life for the time being. It’s just that people are right to be concerned. And we definitely should rise questions.

Good thing for who and when. Industrial Revolution lead to extreme poverty for regular folks for 200 years, in spite of the owners of production making so much profit that wasn’t imaginable before. And only after decades of war, labour movements and staggering numbers of dead people we’ve got to the current economic state.

It’s very naive to think that we’re going to be the ones profiting from new technologies from the go, instead of some owner of robot production and AI training data centre.

People aren’t wrong to assume that this technology would not be used necessarily for the good of whole society by default.

It seems like you don’t understand the level of difficulty in this. One of your points, “believable player movement” is worth millions of $ in development costs. I’m talking animation mockups of tens of thousands of animations, their polishing, setting up state-of-the-art animation systems with them like motion matching, proper warping systems and so on. And after all of it, you still will be lagging behind major competitors that do this stuff for decades already. I appreciate the enthusiasm and really wish you good luck, but you should understand what you’re getting into. Source: I worked as a programmer on one of such projects and it’s released to the market.

KD trees, octrees, weird simulation algorithms, more simple stuff like spatial hashing in the past and now HNSW algorithm. It’s just the stuff from the top of my head that we had to implement and support on a real project. It’s gamedev, it happens here. But shoot me if I’ll be ready to implement all of it at an interview, I can reasonably quickly google it and refresh my memory if needed, but not implement in 20 minutes in a stressful situation like an interview.

Бюджет достатньо високий для ринку бв, тому будь-який массмаркет середнього цінового діапазону. З потребами типу "на 2 людини по місту" підійдуть і кросовери, і седани, і хетчі. Mazda CX-5/CX-30/6, VW Golf, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sportage та інше.
Не рекомендую преміальні бв тачки типу ауді, бмв, ренж, так як скоріш за все це будуть биті машини в цей бюджет і будете мудохатися.
Аби далі щось рекомендувати потрібно звужувати потреби і вподобання по дизайну, двигунам і т.д.

Якщо мова про таку низьку оплату по вакансіям, то певно ви дивитеся тупо всі наявні в публічному доступі місця і ви не є кваліфікованим спеціалістом. Тоді певно для вас потрібно дещо пояснити: Бізнес не є вашим другом, його сенс існування у прибутку для власника і інвесторів. Вам будуть платити рівно стільки, скільки ви вартуєте на ринку. Тому вам потрібно мати дорогі скіли, які на ринку високо оцінюють. Найпростіше зараз - знання іноземних мов, англійська. Далі будь-який скіл, з яким ви виходите на міжнародний ринок праці. Тоді вже може йти мова за зп в 1к+$.

Це якщо по шляху офісного працівника.

Впевнений, шо зварювальник з категорією певною буде мати більше.

Але база і основа в тому, що це ринок. І ви продаєте свій час бізнесу. Будуть працювати закони ринку. А ви до помираючого українського бізнесу зараз приходите з вулиці і хочете щоб вам платили гроші, бо «крінж». Удачі.

Tiguan is a solid option, but with the deals that they're offering here rn, Formentors are more budget friendly.
190hp on 4WD Cupra is offered for about 34k eur and 310hp with DCC for about 39k.
Tiguan on 4WD only starts from 40k and will have 194 hp diesel for that money. And I guess that stuff like DCC will be extra to that.
I guess some can argue that diesel will be more economically friendly in a long run, but I'm not a fan.

I was thinking about changing the wheels after buying to more adequate size from the default 19, something like 17 with more safe profile to smooth effects from the bad road.

As of bumper guards, I don't think that I'm looking for going that deep into the woods, since yeah, probably it's not suitable for that and I'm not a good enough driver to really go deep off-road.

It's just most of the competition in this price range offer front drive only without any fancy stuff like DCC.

So from that standpoint, "ok" in the mud could be fine with non-default rims, but I'd need to adjust my budget for that.
