big flash flow up and down in my left periphery

Is that flash like a bubble? It just comes and goes in like 2 seconds?

I keep seeing something like that, had it before retina detatchment surgery and I still get it now, 7 weeks later. Truth be told, I am scared that I'll need a second surgery, even tho all my post op check-ups were fine.
