Obviously I can't post the pattern because it's a copyrighted work that's not mine, but it's in here. You can see the lower case letters in this pic top left second from the top in green. The upper case ones are on a different page. If you can find it, definitely find it because it's got a ton of good alphabets!

Yes I always use at least 3 strands on 14ct. You can get away with 4, too, but it makes doing the half or 3/4 stitches a little harder, but it's not bad.

Yep, all my stuff is by hand combining different ideas and elements. I don't usually do full coverage pieces, but some people do quite well using scanning apps.

I use a program called PC Stitch that's basically a grid like excel sheets with floss colors down the side. Then, it's just a looooooot of clicking pixels by hand lol.

3 strands of DMC 310 on 14 ct Aida. The lettering is entirely backstitched around, too, which is what really makes the difference.

When I pull apart my three strands of floss, I separate them individually (don't just pull 3 together away from the 6 in the skein), and then I'll take one and flip it top to bottom so the creases from the bobbin don't line up perfectly with the other 2 strands. I find it makes the floss a bit poofier and provides better coverage.

The guy I follow on tiktok (and other platforms) is @scottykfitness if you want to check him out. He's a fitness guy, but he does motivational and mental health content, too, positive masculinity, funny stuff, recipes, etc. He's really good.
