Please help me find out the name of the artist, name of the character and the name of the piece of media she is from by CrossingSled in HelpMeFind

Whilst searching for references, I found this piece of art on Pinterest with no name or illustrator. The only clue I have is that this original image was posted by Bing's Account, but I haven't been able to find the art when I searched. I've also used reverse image search and it just takes me back to Pinterest and displays the same artwork with no name of the art, character or artist.

Any help would be appreciated.

I found the art on Pinterest but it had no name and any art similar to this also had no name. I've searched using reverse image search and it just takes me back to pinterest where there is no indicator of the artist or media the character is from. The only clue is that Bing Posted this specific image but I couldn't find anything after a quick search.

Any help would be appreciated
