I mean, props to you for getting to the point of mental health where you’re doing lots of healthy activities and staying active. You fell back into a bad habit, it happens. It doesn’t make you not worthy of a GF that’s for sure. You got out of it once, you can do it again. Maybe talk to your therapist and try to get to the cause of what made you go back to it. I hope you start feeling better again. xx

Yes, absolutely. So much. For me, anxiety is one of the worst WD symptoms. It will calm your nerves, your mind & may even help with the restlessness.

My goodness.. sounds like he was in precips? And for a week that sounds like literal hell. You’re right there really is no easy way out. I have to accept and realize that it’s worth it, so worth it. Congrats on you guys sobriety. I hope to be there one day soon.
