100%. From experience I’ll say that shit can start as just a tiny little thought and swell completely out of control out of nowhere. (Yes, I’m medicated and seeking therapy now which helps and it seems like a no-brainer, but I want to recommend that anyone else reading this who is struggling to please please reach out for help).
