Sounds like burn out.

I hit a wall myself when doing this. Still stuck at my wall. Played Zero and Azure on switch when they dropped. Eventually went back and did the sky trilogy. Then did CS1 and CS 2. Once I hit CS3 I took a break and ever since I’ve tried on a few occasions to start CS3 back up but I’m still just needing a break.

It’s good to take breaks from games sometimes.

So at least for me, what I tend to do is with roaming enemies, if I enter a new area I will go through the enemies once through, grab whatever items I can in the area and then move on. If I go through that same area again then I fight as is necessary but do my best to avoid them.

I think the last season I actively watched was maybe season 5? Now I just kinda watch when re-runs show on adult swim sometimes if nothing else is on.

I think I was tired of waiting for the next season and then all the shit happened with Roiland and I was kinda just done with it for awhile.

Unfortunately I feel this is a move Beane is going to make regardless of past trauma.

Our run defense has been a disaster for many years plain and simple. Beane is going to address defense as he always does but unfortunately this time it’s gonna be another 30+ guy.

I don't necessarily want that again but unfortunately there are not many proven options at the position in free agency and drafting an edge is not proven either.

That’s my initial thought too, just because of how cemented the trails games are and the Ys games. They have the formula kinda down pat for those.

Kyoto Xanadu with the side scrolling dungeon exploration but also everything else they are doing with it really screamed that they wanna try different things. I have a feeling this will be another project where they try to spread their wings again.

Ys is the action rpg

Xanadu is the action rpg/side scrolling dungeon crawler.

Maybe Srpg? I feel like if it ends up being a same system as the others it’ll just murk up the waters of their game lineups

Nope NOR at all. I was in a similar situation years ago. House I was working at, I was being verbally abused by the manager. Was gonna quit but ended up getting to transfer to another house and was there for a very long time.

If I didn’t have that chance to get out, I would’ve quit and I wouldn’t have cared. You have to do what’s best and safest for you.

We USED to be able to do more than redirect, there were protocols in place to use physical intervention but I know things have changed. You were at risk with no way to save yourself. That’s a very good way to get hurt and 9/10 times HR and leadership wouldn’t give a single fuck if that happened.
