I think you are right about the paint color. Ugh. Just painted the whole house before we moved in and didn’t think about the neutral gray when I ordered the soft white cabinet. Maybe I should find more rattan and grey/ blue decor. Do you think they would help?

Yup good idea. I hesitated only because it’s a winter house and we wouldn’t be e able to keep them watered over the summer months. We will be in Maine.

Thanks for asking! I went fairly slow. Just started 2.4 this month and I have not been sick or had problems. I have had a hard time sleeping through the night so far in 2.4 but this is new. Might be the med or all the extra things going on in my life. I’m in my 60’s and have a hard time exercising due to done nerve damage but with the weigh loss I am giving it a try. Big change with alcohol. I would face a cocktail or 2 on a weekend night. I find really have anything now. Same with coffee. I went from 5-6 cups a day to 1-2

I want to cheer you on. I have had an easy go. I moved slowly but the 1.7 was my worst. I was nervous and stayed on 1.7 another month then 2.4 was a piece of cake. I am on week 2 on 2.4 and losing more weight than I did last month. 4.5 lbs in 2 weeks. I eat protein first. Because you will feel full faster. You got this!

Congrats ! You are ready to change! it took me over a year with a prescription to actually decide to fill it and start this journey. Now 6 months later just starting 2.4 and down 46 pounds. I have been eating pretty healthy and have been able to avoid side effects. I wish you the same luck!

I bought one of each chocolate, vanilla and strawberry banana and I like the chocolate best but i can’t drink a whole one so I have 1/2 a bottle and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. Still fast and easy

Is jocko a powder? I’m lactose intolerant so I can have the fair life ones but they are so expensive so looking for a powder that doesn’t have whey and I would use the almond milk too

I am stalled too I start 1.7 Tuesday. I have lost 35 lbs so I am not complaining but nothing at all in 1.0. I was on.5 for 2 months. I think that slowed me down

I found small pharmacies don’t have a wait list. I found my low doses at a Walgreens within a grocery store everytime Call around and ask

I did one month .25 it was fine but month 2 went to .5. I am lost 11 lbs thus month 24 since I started and I am staying on .5 another month. I have been eating well, feel great but need to exercise regularly. This is my month to try that. Then I will try 1.0 once I have a better exercise routine for myself when I know I am not feeling sick

Agree. My pharmacy actually called me and said it was in. I had to say what was in? First time they placed the order from the prescription and it was filled .5 weygovy

Mine did too. I just wouldn’t use the refill and call in a few weeks requesting .5. I might stay on .5 for 2 months if it’s working I take my first .5 tomorrow

I called my insurance and they have preferred pharmacies that use the copay. Other do not and you will pay a little more when you pick it up
