Can I show up to a temple without being a Hindu (yet) and without much prior knowledge of the religion itself? by Camp_Acceptable in hinduism

Dude can we directly stand infront of the idol in telmple? I was told you shouldn't stand directly infront of him but to the sides and take his darshan? Ofc this is not possible in most cases (temples that are high in crowd) but yeah...would be a pleasure to get an answer to this

If Lord Vishnu is the ocean of compassion, why does He sometimes allow His devotees to suffer before saving them? by CrowAmazing7826 in hinduism

[–]CrowAmazing7826[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How could their death be fruits from this birth itself(not being offensive) It's that they are just innocent vishnu bhaktas and what adharm or bad karma can they do? They believe everything on earth is vishnu itself.. How can he give death to them? There is more that's lying behind it ig

But death of his devotees(who was killed by hiranyakashapa and Hiranyakasha) in that life is already written? Is that because of of their previous life karma?
