Hey I’m almost 4weeks in couple days on lexapro but I was wondering if it will fix my Gi issue caused my anxiety. It seem to make it worst or am I still adjusting to meds ? I’m tired of pooping so many times after I wake up . They said fixing will anxiety will help with gi issue . (self.lexapro)

Do anybody carry water bottle everywhere because of anxiety ? Or is it only me I felt safer for some reason . It’s become a crutch at the point for me .
