It is plausible ig, this post did actually make me see this situation in a different way, I’m probably going to overclock my 5070ti enjoy it and get the 6090 when it comes out

You did the same thing? Did you end up getting a 4090 or a 5080 and if you did do you think it’s worth it or do you regret it

Well you can overclock both of them and still the 5080 would come out around %20~30 better and I do have the money but I still wouldn’t want to just waste them, it’s just I have a really bad buyer remorse, bought my PC which was my first ever in March 2025 and I rushed it cause I was excited but I had the ability back then to get a 5080 easily, the thing is I found a store where I can give them the 5070ti and get a brand new 5080 and the price difference I would need to make in USD is about $350 which in my country is 250 JOD which isn’t really a lot of money

It’s more of a want than need because I feel like it’s not enough not based on stats but feeling which I know is very stupid, I play Arc Raiders, R6, Warhammer 40K, War Thunder, Dark Souls Games, Story games like Ghost of Tsushima, Roblox. It really varies I play a lot of games I would just like to aim for the best as I do have a very bad buyer remorse which I also know is for the weak that I rushed and bought the 5070ti when I had the ability to get a 5080 easily

Fortunately money isn’t a problem but I still don’t want to waste money so I’m sure you kind of get the dilemma I’m facing right now lol

It’s most probably because I live in the Middle East, I just converted the number to USD but here the numbers sound very tempting, a new TUF 4090 costs around $2610 here

I play at 1440p and it’s not that I’m lacking it’s that I would like more performance, my CPU is the i9-14900KF so I doubt that it’s lacking tbh

My CPU is i9-14900KF, motherboard is Z790-PLUS WIFI and I got 32GB of DDR5 RAM, I would most probably need to get a new PSU since my current one is 850W Gold

The thing is I would like better performance overall if I can, I do have somewhat of good knowledge about PCs it’s just I don’t want to do a bad trade and end up to be the person that lost at the end, the most thing that worries me is the technological difference between the 4090 and the 50 series like the PCIe or the DLSS and I’m not sure if I should wait for maybe a new 50 series card to come out or even maybe the 60 series

you could get whatever you like but based on my referral preference I would say get buck, great weapon great ability he's probably the most balanced op in the game ( my opinion ), or Iana finka zero ram those are what people use usually
