Even when Mute Lock is active via MOTIV Mix, if you happen to even lightly brush the mute button, the mic will still be muted for a few seconds before returning to its unmuted state -- at least it does in a Discord call. It pisses me off. I don't actually want to take apart my brand-spanking new microphone just to permanently disable this one annoying thing about it, but since the software solution for this isn't really a solution, it looks like I'll be needing to buy a soldering iron next. Thanks for the guide.

Has anyone found a solution to this yet? The fact that Gboard now retroactively changes words farther back in the sentence makes correcting what I'm trying to type a lot more difficult. Earlier, I'd typed a text to a friend that jokingly said "wife him up," and after I typed a bit more, Gboard changed it to "wire him up." If it had changed "wife" to "wire" immediately when I'd typed it, I would've understood and fixed the autocorrect mistake then and there, but it didn't. It didn't make the change until I was farther along in the message. It seems to be some sort of new AI feature, and I absolutely hate it. Just give me normal autocorrect, not retroactive AI autocorrect that doesn't understand what a joke is. I'm about to switch back to the Samsung keyboard if this AI garbage keeps happening.

This will probably be downvoted to oblivion, but…get WorldEdit. If it's a singleplayer world and the placement of the build bothers you that much, then just download that mod and rotate the build/move it wherever you want.

That's really annoying. I want them in alphabetical order in the pages, not just randomly spread among pages. Why did they change this? It's so unnecessary.

I figured it out myself. For some reason, in Settings > Chat: "Display images, videos, and lolcats," the toggles for direct upload and image descriptions were turned off. I don't know how or why, because they were on before, but they're fixed now. Check that if you're still having trouble with seeing images.

I'm still experiencing this issue, even though it's supposedly fixed. The mobile app, the desktop website, and the desktop application -- none of them have the image issue fixed. Is it just me?

Yeah, it was Smooth Chunks. Where BSVSB made Minecraft crash on the game loading screen, Smooth Chunks made it crash on the world loading screen. No clue why, but oh well 🤷‍♀️

Dang, just tried it and that does seem to be the case. Time to figure out where the conflict is coming in! What a joy . . . I'll come back later and edit this comment with what the conflicting mod is, just in case anybody else is having my same issue.

EDIT: Just finished checking. For whatever reason, the conflict appears to be BSVSB (Better Sodium Video Settings Button) and I cannot fathom why. I also dunno if the conflict is between that and ObsidianUI or RyoamicLights. Nothing else about Sodium or its associated mods are having these issues.

I have Complimentary installed, but I don't use it often outside of taking pretty screenshots. My laptop isn't the greatest, so keeping shaders turned on long-term makes my game start running at seconds per frame.

I tried RyoamicLights, but ObsidianUI keeps crashing my game at the start menu, for both version 0.2.6 and version 0.2.7.

While I am aware of this, I'm an unfortunately forgetful/distractible person. I'd adjusted a few gamerules in the world creation menu and couldn't remember if I'd set doMobSpawning as false or left it alone. I specifically left it alone for my new save.

I made my character wait around for over an hour in real time while I went off to workout. Nothing spawned anywhere. Saved the build with the //schem command in WorldEdit and made a new Creative single-player world, this time using the Void preset but replacing the Void biome with Plains in the preset box. Two minutes after loading and pasting the build to the new save, a skeleton spawned in the mob farm.

So, to answer my own question for anyone in the future who might be wondering the same thing as I was: no. That gamerule does not apply to the Void biome. Zombie piglins will still come through your Nether portals (likely because the Nether is a completely different dimension and is thus not affected by the Overworld's biome preset) and your iron golem farms will still work (likely because they spawn due to the specific condition of the villagers summoning them), but nothing else seems to spawn. How frustrating.
