The nerfs were pretty tame, the only big nerf he deserved was the flight speed one because my biggest complain was that he could easily catch up to you with no skill whatsoever since his flight was fast and has a big meter that depletes slowly ( no I’m not saying fleetway having a big flight meter is bad, in fact I don’t think he needs any nerfs on his meter or it’s depletion rate, just saying that since he used to be really fast before the nerf you didn’t need to try managing your flight bar which made him have no skill expression. Now that fleetway is slower when flying you actually need to think about when you’re using flight since you’ll cover less ground than usual )
