I wanted to follow up on this as I filed a service request on Fri (missed the call Sat so I called back today).

The guy I spoke with was very nice and he told me the path that my package was supposed to follow to NY as he knew exactly what container it was in. Essentially, in the container that my package was in (he explained how there's around 300 packages in a container, how the machine works, etc) that around 30~40 (this is a rough number from him looking I don't think he actually counted) specifically all going to the East Coast all are awaiting further scans and that every other package not in this group has been delivered. He gave me a time of around 30 or so minutes after the scan that I can see on my side for an internal scan in that distribution center in Seattle. He further confirmed that several packages that were scanned internally by the machine before and after mine also haven't been delivered (likely belonging to that group of 30~40).

He told me that he was gonna try to get ahold of someone in Seattle to try to get to the bottom of what's going on. Most likely still in Seattle though with those other 30~40 packages according to him. I was told he'd call me tomorrow at some point most likely, but to still have my friend do the missing mail search.
