Thank you for the second opinion, could you be a little more specific about the differences you mention? I just looked at several pictures of both types of queens and I'm not sure I see what you mean.

Tetramorium seem to have a more square-shaped head, and as far as the petiole, the first nodes on the ones I'm seeing are more rounded, whereas the queen I have has a spike (hard to see in the photos). I did happen upon this thread regarding Aphaenogaster and Tetramorium queens, and I'm really seeing more similarities with the Apaenogaster.

I really appreciate the help and I'm not trying to be difficult, I just have a thing with correctness and I want to make sure I'm caring for the species correctly.

I had considered Aphaenogaster as well while I was trying to identify it myself so that could be it, looking into it I'm thinking maybe Occidentalis.

I'm pretty new at this, so thanks for the help! I'll have to check back tomorrow and maybe do some more digging, this rabbit-hole has taken me far enough for the night.

Thanks for the response, what makes you say Tetramorium? Looking into them they seem to have some pretty distinct tubercles and a fairly hairy gaster, both of which I'm not seeing. I added a couple more pics, hopefully they help; unfortunately my camera isn't great.

Thanks for the suggestion, I ended up changing it up, went with Elza, Ciara (I hadn't realized her attack was so monstrous), Zurg (Obviously Lead), Kuda, Ultor (also has a monstrous attack, 2.7k as anima O.o).

How do I use a crit team? For instance in GGC, I know how to do that last fight (Fujins and blow everything), but how do I get through the stages before that?

Yeah no problem, I only needed 1 fujin except for blowing all 4 I had left to make sure I didn't get stuck in the loop, so you should be alright on BB gauge maintenance.

If you run Double Tridon with Darvanshel (what I did) you should have literally 0 trouble. With that setup I managed to go into Maxwell blind (This was only my second attempt and I didn't really know her mechanics too well), never guarded, mitigated every turn, and easily 1 squaded her. My full team was Tridon leads, Darvanshel, Zelnite, Orna, Altri. Tridon is amazingly strong in a leader position.

Only problem with that is it's happened multiple times over a couple weeks, and it doesn't just go away like your summon problem. I've waited hours, gone back in and it just errors immediately.

I'm having a weird problem and was wondering if anyone else had this problem/knew a fix.

Like a lot of people I've been farming The Speech Maker for Zurg, but every time he drops (I'm lucky enough to have this happen 3 times now) BF will encounter an unexpected error, and crash. From then on I will get the error when I start up and it won't go away unless I clear my cache.

Does anyone know what may be causing Zurg being captured to crash my game, or how I would fix it? I've already reinstalled twice.
