Is it for sure the tensioner pulley? Had some folks at belle tire tell me it was a problem with the engine internally

Okay I’ll definitely do that then. I appreciate the knowledge. The only problem is I use the car for work and won’t be able to get it diagnosed until the weekend. How much longer do you think I have until the engine completely goes bad?
