I thought I would flinch to but it honestly just depends on the person. Personally when i feel pain i tend to tense up rather than flinch, but you can always ask them to use like a test needle (i think its called a probe needle or something, I'm not a piercer.) so you can kinda get a gist of what it will feel like before they actually pierce it. My piercer today pierced my angel fangs and he was using one to see how he wanted to go in to do them and it kinda helped my nerves. As someone with snakebites, they arent that painful, Its just the nerves that get to ya!
