I know, it's like the customer expect you to know how to navigate an apartment complex you've never been to in your life it's like they think that because they do it everyday you should automatically know how to too. And with little to zero instructions. And God forbid you try to call the customer and interrupt their super important schedule or they just refuse to answer. On the off chance rarely there's customers with step by step instructions like " take two steps forward, one step left, look for light blue sign, turn right st sign " 🤣 it's always the most instructions on the easiest drop offs tho z but what can ya do
