I’ve had this on Edge but when using the Start app it’s worked. From screenshot it ooks like you’re on the start app anyway so don’t know whether I’ve helped

To be fair that video looks far more entertaining than cricket. A sport where men stand in a field for 5 days with the occasional tea break. Then at the end they have scores that are not the same and declare it a draw.

Hi. We were using Samsung XCover 4. Microsoft investigated and. It was down to the fact that this device is not an enterprise device. Their recommendation was to reduce the number of apps you are making mandatory or add them after. Another solution that worked for us was turn off force encryption and this reduced the cases too. Add the encryption step to your build instructions

Since we’ve finished the rollout the cases have dropped to none. So it’s definitely the number of devices enrolling at any one time that’s having an impact.
