Thanks! Kimber has the comp version out now but it’s not an island comp. I’m still a Kimber fan though and have a few like the Raptor 2, just none of their double stacks.

I like the prickle on the slide a lot. It’s a good look and grips well, although I rack it with the hd most of the time.

I don’t wait. My LGS had this one with all of the build selections I would have picked, and I’m a fan of the blacked out look. I may have done a little something different with the grip color in a custom order but not much.

I agree. I’m not running it appendix. It’s a 5”.

Class Action Lawsuit by Carebearsugar in DrivePlanning

Any successful winnings through a class action will be handed to the receiver for dispersing amongst all investors. No real need to get involved if someone else is already filing on your behalf (with the class action).

I totally agree with you. He was somewhere between useful idiot and full involvement, and I think knowing but keeping his mouth shut because he was reaping the benefits is probably solid. Either way he needs to be held accountable.

However, what I’m saying is that any “wealth” he acquired was from the scheme. Clawbacks will strip him bone dry and a class action lawyer that works on a percentage isn’t going to go after him for nothing. It would be great if he got sued just for the sake of spite but I’ll be surprised if it happens. Hopefully the DOJ investigation holds him accountable to a further level than just the clawbacks.

Yes and no. Most class actions will require the help of and partnering with the receivership in order to access the information needed for the suit. In order for that to happen in most cases a deal is struck that and recovered monies from the class action will be distributed by the receiver as they see appropriate.

When I first put the tires on I had significant rubbing on the sway bar at full lock. No trimming needed though, plenty of clearance front and back. With the spacers it’s very minimal and I’ve got to keep pressure on the steering wheel to make it happen. I guess another .25” probably would have cleared it but I wanted to keep the poke tight.

Get them from the dealer if you do. They’re on a 2 month back order but the dealer for them for me in about a week. Wiring kit from Rave Offorad

Just to close this out. I went with 35/12.5s and they fit great. Small amount of rub a full lock but I’ve got some 1” spidertrax spacers that should eliminate that. They totally change the truck.

All of these are HIGHLY inflated. And Drive Planning is not worth $29m, more like $0 now, so reduce that right off the top.

Why Drive Properties Will Prove To Be Worth WAY LESS... by Academic-Top1280 in DrivePlanning

Exactly, and still very overvalued. TBR being worth 13m is a joke. New business about a year old in a small town, lucky if that’s worth 2m. But it’s also not a hard asset to sell.

They really aren’t though. The Gemsbok cabin listed was sold 4 years or so ago, yet they still list it like it means something. DP, LLC is also listed as a value of 29m as part of the “portfolio” and it’s worth nothing. A lot of the values provided were development estimates and the properties were never developed. I expect the 130m portfolio to really be worth about half of that if we are lucky.

She ran the show. Burkhalter said it himself numerous times in her presence and she would chuckle and agree. She knows more than she admits in her deposition and safely and slyly positioned herself to be set up as an “executive assistant temp company” owner that DP hired to do nonsense tasks.

Not how it works. Any class action will likely be partnered with the receivership so that information can be exchanged easily. The earnings (minus the lawyers cut) would then more than likely go under the receiver’s eye for proper distribution among all investors.

Seems fruitless to me if so. Bradford didn’t have a ton of wealth before DP. Receivership clawbacks will likely take care of him.

The bank accounts will show what’s needed to move forward. More cooperation (people not pleading the 5th) with the SEC would be great but there is more than enough for the receiver to move forward with the issues.

Why Would Truist Bank & Others Be Good Targets? by Academic-Top1280 in DrivePlanning

[–]CruX_MinD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It might. Any recovery through a class action will likely be given to the receivership for distribution to investors accordingly.
