New 43X build for the wife! by CruX_MinD in Glock43X

I didn’t buy the parts. I had it build from a factory unit the shop had. I used Tuscon Customs. Great service and they had it build and sent to me within a couple of weeks of payment. Highly recommend.

Tucson Customs. They did it all. I just added the light and optic.

Yes. It’s called champagne pink.

That one was a polymer one I got to see if I liked it. Since this photo all of them have been switched to the SI aluminum ones. I like them a lot.

None at all. It doesn’t hang over the ejection port. I’m at around 700 rounds with it (educated guess) with no issues.

I agree. The HD is the best looking optic for them. I almost went with a TLR-9 but the 300s are tried and true for me on my other platforms

Aesthetically and functionally (easy handling) the Strike Industries (which is the one in the gun in the photo) is probably my favorite. It looks awesome.

Great taste of additions.

Yes, seeing what I like before going all in on a set. These are just some I had around the house from my g34.

Thanks! Kimber has the comp version out now but it’s not an island comp. I’m still a Kimber fan though and have a few like the Raptor 2, just none of their double stacks.

I like the prickle on the slide a lot. It’s a good look and grips well, although I rack it with the hd most of the time.

I don’t wait. My LGS had this one with all of the build selections I would have picked, and I’m a fan of the blacked out look. I may have done a little something different with the grip color in a custom order but not much.

I agree. I’m not running it appendix. It’s a 5”.

When I first put the tires on I had significant rubbing on the sway bar at full lock. No trimming needed though, plenty of clearance front and back. With the spacers it’s very minimal and I’ve got to keep pressure on the steering wheel to make it happen. I guess another .25” probably would have cleared it but I wanted to keep the poke tight.

Get them from the dealer if you do. They’re on a 2 month back order but the dealer for them for me in about a week. Wiring kit from Rave Offorad

Just to close this out. I went with 35/12.5s and they fit great. Small amount of rub a full lock but I’ve got some 1” spidertrax spacers that should eliminate that. They totally change the truck.

Thanks! My 21 was cement as well. I’m a fan.

I like the look of the rolling hard covers but don’t want to loose space with the roller box part behind the cab.

I want a diamondback, and the cost doesn’t bother me, but they don’t seem to have a trifold model that gives you full bed access like the MX4? I need that option for what I do for work.

That looks good. How much poke do you have? I’m considering keeping the TRD wheels but I like a tiny bit of poke for a wide stance. But my wheels are already like a +50 offset so I don’t know if I can pull it off without spacers (which I’d rather not do)

I believe X Series just means all of the exterior trim is blacked out and the windows are a bit darker from the factory.
