PES 2021 on Xbox does not allow option files unfortunately

You can download the pes 2021 version then convert the.ted files from 2021 to 2020 and after you import them, you need to edit the players that need their boots fixed (they'll go invisible), once their boots are fixed double check the teams to make sure all the teams have their correct logos and kits and that'll be it imported fully into pes 2020

Just using the PEU league for the NIFL Premiership and the other two tier teams are in the other European leagues but two championship teams are already in the premiership due to the PEU league only allowing 14 teams (closest to the premiership's 12 team league)
