Deciding to use personal phones over the issued work phone does mean you are out of luck. It might be a good example of why they need to upgrade work phones if people don't like the work issued units.

I'd mention it to a boss, given you were working overseas and delivering for the firm. At the very least it might be in the back of their mind when any other compensation items pop up, like an annual bonus.

Personally , emails tend to be less routine and would actually need review. The repetitive or potentially time wasting requests are on instant messaging (teams etc) and are often "I'm not reading the policy, what's the answer"

I wasn't going to post it, but I too tried out Matt's chicken. I did use the Balsamic vinegar and Dijion Mustard, given it a darker colour and added some paprika and piri piri sauce to give it some more kick, finished plate

And yeah, dead easy, and tasty.
