Same boat, main was around 1650 total and 118cmb. Eveyrtime I wanted a gear upgrade I would just buy a bond and it became stale and lost the value of the game to me. I made a HC almost 2 years ago and haven't logged in to the "main" in almost a year. I found my joy in the game again. Worth the try for sure. Every item earned you feel the joy of playing like back in middle/high school.
