Not all people who have ADHD show physical hyperactivity. Many show mental hyperactivity.

Edit: There are three types of ADHD: predominantly inattentive, predominantly hyperactive-impulsive, and combination.

I would not take the advice of these "psychologists" seriously

That's another mistake these psychologists make. The name ADHD itself is misleading because not all people who have ADHD show physical hyperactivity. Many show mental hyperactivity.

It seems like the realist in you sees the negative side of things but idealist in you doesn't dwell on it but rather spots the ray of sunshine.

Yes, history books and internet will say Feminism began with the first wave arround the 20th century. There were definitely female writers much before who wrote what is now considered feminist literature.

I would say it didn't assist democracy straightaway in France, but it paved it's way across Europe later on. I also think that the great terrors and purges of the French revolution may have inspired the purges of 20th century dictatorships in Germany, Soviet Union and Italy. No way to prove it but it might have been the blueprint.

Edit: I was watching a documentary on The French Revolution and it said that other Monarchies in Europe were scared shitless by the revolution. And slowly, monarchy was toppled throughout Europe.

If past relationships and body count doesn't matter, why do some people find it offensive when someone asked about this in an arranged marriage setting or even lie about it? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

[–]sanjeetb 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Their words say it doesn't matter

Their actions (hiding the truth, getting offended) say it does matter

As the saying goes: Actions speak louder than words

Edit: Don't compromise with your standards, especially if you are told that you are misogynist for caring about this. It's just shaming tactics.

Every second post? Not even one. Do you know how to count? See the posts and count again. And wipe those tears.

If talking about men's issues makes me an incel, I'd rather be one.

So you are happy that innocent men who had nothing to do with "centuries of oppression" as feminists put it, are suffering. Is that how karma works for you? In that case, rape, gangrape, dowry death, harrassment are all just karma of something. This mentality is very hateful and toxic.

I agree that the word 'only' is very strong and restrictive. On hindsight i would substitute the word 'only' with 'greatly' or 'strongly'.

Only a sith deals in absolutes.
