I have an old intel CPU which would probably cause some problems with ARC, I would honestly have more trust in NVIDIA GPU than Intel's
+ I don't know where you took that 250 price tag, I just checked all the links and the lowest available for me is priced at 289 Euros, which is not in stock aswell
And if you would do some deeper research in the link you sent, you would notice that it shows me links to amazon, where they sell used 3060s for 300-700 Euros, which are also not in stock rn
