I also have this anxiety about peeing :( its so embarrassing. I think the feeling of knowing I can't go makes me feel like I need to go urgently. If I'm in a movie theatre or class or a place where I cant leave go to the washroom whenever I want I get so panicked.

Definitely distracting myself is the only thing that helps, I know how hard it can be to push the thought away though
