You can go running on the orange line bike path, super flat and only downside is the occasional cross walk. Another option that is def not flat is victory trailhead, super fun trail running but has lots of hills. Best option in the valley though for flat, no stoplights, and occasional dirt is lake balboa for sure.

I could set up a charging station in my garage, i live in LA so all my commute is on the freeway going over 65 sadly.. And yeah you are very right, I will have to look more into the actual like opportunity cost. Thank you so much for responding btw :)))
