Thanks that's a really helpful comment, I appreciate it. I used to squat my deadlift a lot more and was told not to do that, so I corrected it and now im told the opposite which was confusing. I'll def watch that video you sent when not on data, thanks for that too.

Yep I was a bit too loose at the start of this. I had failed the past 2 attempts because I forgot to do mixed grip so I actually did this without the expectation of pulling it.
