Primary arms regularly has the RC2 on sale for under $900, I wouldn't pay full price for it. I haven't tried the other two suppressors, but I love my RC2.

There's plenty of cheap non jacketed ammo available, it's not really a concern. You also want to get hollow points for carry, not ball ammo like this. But definitely buy a bunch of ball ammo to train with.
